INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of Quick-frozen Frigo Dumplings with plum filling
10 dkg of breadcrumbs
10 dkg of walnut kernels
4 tablespoons of cooking oil
5 dkg of icing sugar
20 dkg of vanilla ice cream
cinnamon and plums for decoration
Preparation:
Toast the breadcrumbs in a pan with the oil until golden brown. Grind the walnut kernels except for a few ones, which are cut into pieces with a knife. Place the dumplings in frozen state into 10 times boiling water and cook until tender, 10 minutes after reboiling, then remove with a slotted spoon. Roll the dumplings in the toasted breadcrumbs, then roll them in the chopped walnuts and tastefully place them on a plate. Sprinkle with icing sugar, if desired. Place a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream on the side, and garnish the plate with plum clusters and a cinnamon stick.
